At DIGITEX, we create and maintain custom IT solutions for private and public sector clients in Latvia. Our team has 45 colleagues, and everyone is a professional in their field – system analysis, testing, programming, and project management.

You work responsibilities

Develop and improve Java applications and modules according to standards and technical requirements
Take part in test planning, test scenarios, and system implementation
Participate in architecture and technical solution design – your opinion matters
Support system analysts by preparing technical documentation for client needs
Work together with internal development teams (project managers, testers, system analysts)
Support and mentor colleagues, especially junior developers

Apply if you have

At least 3 years of experience in software development
Higher education (or ongoing studies) in computer science or a similar field
Experience with Java and Spring Boot
Knowledge or experience with ReactJS and/or Angular (a plus)
Willingness to learn, initiative, and ability to work in a team
Good Latvian language skills for communication with the team
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take responsibility
